Having said that I am rarely an advocate of seller's making "improvments" as what a seller may feel is an added feature, may not be an attractive to a potential buyer . . . . although if the comparables offer more features than a curently listed property, improvements will help to get the property SOLD and not necessarily add to the property's inherent value (as indicated by the NAHB annual Cost v. Value report)/
